Then, as if by chance, something amazing happened... • I decided failure just was not an option and I started writing lists of forms and files I needed to create to stay organized! • Instantly it became crystal clear to me how to be a successful quality control manager, and that I HAD to be successful because I saw I was able to continue gaining employment with a stellar reputation as a QC Manager in my area making a very high salary. • My plan was to start mapping out my roles and responsibilities for the life of a typical Construction Project. • So I started with my filing system and forms.
